Livonia’s Ember Woodfire Grill is not your average American restaurant.

Instead of serving a traditional meal consisting of an appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert, Ember serves up unique tapas-style meals meant to be shared. The food is served when it is ready, which makes sharing even better.

If sharing isn’t your thing, Ember also offers unique entrees to be enjoyed on their own.

The restaurant, located in an old historic train station, has a warm, cozy atmosphere that’s perfect for a date night, dinner with friends, or family get together. The menu, while offering many dishes you won’t see in other restaurants, has something for every taste.

At Ember, you can enjoy pasta, woodfire pizza, pork, chicken, beef, ice cream, tarts and more all at an affordable price.

Ember strives to use sustainable sources whenever possible, which include meals with no growth hormones, pesticides, pre-packaged ingredients, or frozen ingredients. They also try to use local ingredients as often as possible, making the food not only tasty, but great for the local economy.
